What To Expect

Visiting a new church can be somewhat intimidating.  We hope to help make your visit comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Services:

Sunday Morning Worship – 10:00am

Adults:

We are a new church.  Many of our guests are there for the first time.  Our Sunday morning services are simple and non-threatening.  We hope that visitors will feel at ease as they find a place to sit and enjoy the service.  You will not be put on the spot or asked to introduce yourself.  However, if you are the outgoing type, we invite you to involve yourself in the singing and worship.  Feel free to ask questions as well.  No question is considered too basic or too advanced.  Our first goal is to help everyone understand and apply God’s Word to their life.

Teens:

The Bible teaches us to value and encourage families to learn together.  We also recognize that teenagers can benefit from specialized ministry focused on their specific needs.  We hope that teens will add their own unique perspective to our worship time.  In addition, we hope to have special teen events and ministry opportunities throughout the year.

Children:

Some children enjoy going to a class time with other children.  Some children would prefer to stay with mom or dad during services.  We hope to accommodate either of these preferences in a safe and clean environment.

FAQ

What Should I Wear?

We do not have a dress code for members or guests.  Our ministry leaders and some of our church family dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress.  However, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit.

Will There Be an Offering?

Yes, but guests are not expected to give.  We don’t invite you to our services for your offering.  We hope to be a blessing to you and your family.

How Long are Your Services?

Our Sunday morning services are about an hour long.

What Version of the Bible does the Pastor Teach From?

Teaching and preaching will come from the King James Version of the Bible.

What Type of Music Do You Sing?

We strive to honor Christ in all we do including our selection of music.  During our services we will sing a blend of styles including classic hymns, southern gospel, as well as some more current selections.
